A Word From The Artist...

"Self-Love" is a strong, bold edition to my '50 Shades of The Feminine' series. 

She's a colourful array of yellows and pinks, enhanced by roses and oozing, dripping paint. This beautiful lady represents the part of us that struggles to love who and what we are on the inside. We're so quick to point out the beauty in another and yet have difficulty seeing our own. We're so quick to help someone else out and yet rarely take the time to bring ourselves back into balance.

She is your reminder to celebrate your authenticity, your inherent power and the things that make you unique. Wear the face-mask, use the bath-bomb or shave those legs (or don't!), whatever feels good for you. Love of self isn't always easy and it isn't even always pretty. Sometimes it's acknowledging your pain and crying in the shower or with a friend. Sometimes it's simply having a coffee or taking a walk. Sometimes it's buying something special that reminds you of why you are important - and in case you're not sure, it's not because you did something, earned something or achieved something, it's simply because you are a conscious being and that is enough. You are special purely because you are you."
